"Quick Fix" De-constructed auto shop rag, Uncle Ben’s Quick Rice package, Native grasses from the Lake Michigan shore 6" x 8" approx.
"Spice Merchant" Cinnamon stick, Star anise, 365 Organic Raisin Bran package, Linen, Raffia ​6" x 9" approx.
"Rolling Rock" Plastic garbage can liner, Rolling Rock Beer package, a stone from the Lake Michigan shore, Raffia ​6" x 8" approx.
 The Ox-Bow Series was accomplished during a two-week artist residency at the Ox-Bow School for the Arts on the eastern shore of Lake Michigan. These tapestries make use of items collected from the town of Saugatuck, Michigan. Generous shop owners, residents' weekly trash, and the native surroundings provided the visual elements for these woven studies.

"You Are Here" Found recycles garbage bag from City of Saugatuck, Cording, Tree loom 24" x 36" approx.
"Bedtime Diary" Ox-Bow Bedspread, Embroidery, Daily happenings 20" x 15" approx.
Further studies accomplished during the Ox-Bow residency.
